Non-Cisco wireless client failed to associate with Vxworks AP using 802.1x PEAP

Wireless clients with Acer laptop had connectivity and authentication problem at 6th floor, but had no issue at 2nd floor. Wireless clients withDell laptop had no problems regardless where they were. Users experienced problem when using 802.1x PEAP authentication method.
